Queriosity is a project that comes out of years of real research, surveys, interviews, the actual work, into identity, career, and reinvention.I'm Aaron G. Cabrera. Not a personal theory here, a psychology master's thesis, a genuine study of how people rebuild their lives after everything changes, and what actually helps.If it helped them, it might help you too.

The project (and about me!)
I've moved countries a few times, restarted my career more than once, and along the way I turned that experience (with a hint of curiosity of course) into an actual research project, survey data, real interviews, the whole thing, which resulted in the publication of a a master's thesis.Here's the short version: blaming the system feels fair, and often it is. But it doesn't actually move you anywhere. The people who came out the other side well were the ones who stopped waiting for things to change and started changing themselves instead.Queriosity is what came out of that work. Think of this as an open invitation to try it for yourself.

The short version
A mixed-methods study into what actually helps people rebuild their professional identity after major change, not just what feels true anecdotally.
Time helps a little. Recognition and fit help a lot.
Coherence comes back when credentials are seen and the unwritten rules get spelled out.
Identity Fragmentation isn't one thing. It has parts, and each needs its own fix.
Reinvention beat patience. That's the real finding.
